Ok so I know it's sitting above the Talk Section in an announcement thingy but I think all OCSMs need to be made aware of this.....

If you interact with an OCSM on here please make them aware of this. Other than Miss Freeones drawing them in there has been a distinct lack of pink in the Talk Section and other sections of this board. I hope that this will pull more sexy models to the site, which can only be a good thing for the members here.

I think there have been a few bannings as a result of it but they seem temporary and inadequate--there was a rape threat pretty recently that has gone entirely unpunished, for one. I'd have more faith in advertising the policy if the mods here actually wanted to step up and enforce it.

Oh really, you should have access to it? Ok well it pretty much says that if anyone fucks with an OCSM then they're gonna get themselves a ban. It's due to the fact that a lot of OCSMs have been attacked on here recently.

Yeah, this has been up for awhile now. I applaud the effort, and hope to see it enforced. There's just no need for assholes to be trolling OCSMs.

That one worked, thanks. Yeah, I've got the forum rules memorized and I report people that I don't like, and cite the rules they've violated. Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't. It works better when you just report it and don't contribute to the thread the violation is in.

Pity the rules keep you from exercising discretion. It's like those zero-tolerance policies, if you take away the logic of the people you trust to enforce the rules, there ends up being a lot of really shitty decisions, "because the rules say so". There's the letter, and then there's the intent, and that's where there's disconnect. I don't want to see mods with unchecked power, but I don't want to see you guys hamstrung with your hands tied, either.

Well, the OCSMs are what make this board special. No OCSMs? This just becomes another porn board. So yeah, there should be a fair amount of importance placed upon keeping the average OCSM happy. And of course, Sabrina, you're not the average OCSM. I don't mean that in a bad way. You just generally have a thicker skin, and are more capable of handling pricks... uh, by pricks I mean assholes. If you report it we´ll see it and can act upon it, however if you decide to go toe to toe with the numpty that you´ve just reported you´re basically leaving us with only two options, either ban both of your sorry asses, since you´re both engaging in the same behavior that you just reported him for, or ban neither of you. And since we have such fine upstanding gentlemen such as yourself that we would like to keep around we´ve elected to let them slide, since we don't want to turn in to a wasteland with only the occasional tumbleweed.

But not all OCSMs feel the same way. They don't come here to take shit from people. If they do they just disappear and that's another girl lost. I mean why stick around?! Not everyone is used to the crap like you and me and some of the other girls on here.

Briana, it's true what you are saying. But to be honest, i don't see much of a contribution from girls who can just take how awesome they are; it's not much different than in real life, in my opinion. I tend to stay away from ppl who can't take no for an answer because usually they bore me after 5 mins and they extend my PMSing window. There is shit in life and sometimes we need to pick it up and throwing it back. I do it, you do it and therefore i don't see why some other girls shouldn't get back on earth and make an effort to behave like grown ups. Too many people are only capable to whine like spoiled brats and of course i'm not talking only about porn.
