i just came across her today, never heard of her before or saw anything of her before.
is she the base model of those "REAL DOLLS" or is she trying to make herself look like those dolls? the pics above by MUSTBEGOOD #3029 she looks fake in those pictures.

Basically, yes. Read Aletta's Twitter for any length of time and you will see she has body dismorphiya. She is always talking about her next surgery, loves the concept of being "fake" and talks about every surgery being the one that will make her "perfect" but never ends up satisfied. I personally don't have a problem with mods in general, but I think she was actually her hottest in the era of those very pics. Good bum and big tits, in proportion with each other and not too big boobs for her frame. Of course, she didn't stop there. You can see the changes by scrolling down the thread from that post. She had another butt surgery recently that she hasn't (I don't think) shot any porn since, but prior to hiatus she had another boob job (unnecessary but not cause for complaint), *I think* another nose job (unnecessary) and went crazy with lip fillers, the results of which you can see.

Overall though, despite these unnecessary surgeries changing her from when I thought she was pretty perfect, I still find her incredibly sexy. Mostly because her attitude to becoming such an artificial doll custom crafted for fucking (by her own admission the things she truly loves are fucking and money) is so wanton, I find it attractive. She still drives me crazy, even if physically she isn't as hot as she used to be to me.
