Al Qaida number 3 and his family blown to fucking bits by drone's missile

vodkazvictim

Why save the world, when you can rule it?
Too bad Hellfire missiles aren't cheaper (about $60-$70k a pop)...we could take out allot more of the morons on the front lines with them.

Be nice to blow the assholes to bits when Predators see them planting roadside bombs...as it stands it's just not cost effective to do so.

Somewhere it doesn't make sense to fit a UAV with a gun because you could lose a $4 or $5m tool to rocket attack...but it makes to risk a $15m Apache and crew to the same such attack.

A UAV With a gun would have to fly very low to attack, so it would be able to survey less area. It would also be much more likely to alert the enemy and much more vulnerable to ground fire.
Also it would consume fuel climbing back to altitude. What you should be able to do with a predator (pretty sure you can) is to use old snakeye 500 pound bombs with a guidance kit.
Hellfires are probably being used because they're supersonic - giving very little warning of attack. Why we're using missiles originally developed as expensive ATGMs I've no idea.
Predators have suffered engine problems (pusher engine). Nothing that flies for over 24 hours should be single engined.
Quite apart from the dangers of somebody hacking the system and taking control of the drone to use it against friendly forces...

The U.S. is already preparing for the possible use of some non conventional weaponry should we be hit by a jihadists nuke device. Pakistan has already been warned.
Source?

Pakistan via North Korea most likely or Iran. Either way Pakistan is no longer a trusted ally and would be THE main suspect. The ISI has it's hands dirty creating their minions who are more than willing to detonate a nuke.

We can analyze trace elements(after detonation) to tell us exactly where a bombs nuclear material came from and where it was processed.

What makes you think North Korea co-operates with terrorist? Did you take team america as fact?

Actually, Area 51 is already (or soon will be) in space. The Stealth is just the tip of the iceberg; our entire military will be invisible in the future. This is no shit.

Yeah, because stealth works real good. An F117 absolutely was NOT shot down with a 60s era Soviet SAM system.

Honestly, it's no faster than a FA Saiga 12. And the word is that it's prone to jamming.

I think it's really a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. 12 gauge ammo is bulky, so a system that eats it up so quickly isn't going to appeal to many on the field. And the Saiga is a hell of a lot easier to produce (it's just a Kalashnikov)

Half the shit seen on Future Weapons will never see combat.

True. They reviewed a beach assault vehicle without it's armour so that it would operate at hte claimed operating speed it would work at with armour.

HMega, Pakistan or rather Pakistan's ISI is no ally of the US. They will seem to co-operate but their agenda is to undermine everything we, NATO, anti Taliban forces within Afghanistan/Waziristan, and finally India do regarding that region.
Source?

The ISI supports the Anti Indian terrorist groups LeT, JeM, and HuM.
The ISI supports the Afghan Taliban.
The ISI supports domestic sectarian rifts between Sunni and Shia.
The ISI supports AQ elements in the Tribal Areas and probably knows the whereabouts of OBL.
The ISI supports the Pakistani Taliban
The ISI gave logistic support for the London bombers

You clearly underestimate this organization Mega. The ISI btw only gives up those who are no longer useful towards their (ISI) aims.

Please don't be so ignorant. However we'll just have to agree to disagree.
Source?

Except the CIA and MI5 have little to no influence in that region while the ISI is practically omnipotent.
Source?
Of course, if the CIA or MI5 HAD influence, they'd be sure to inform you, right?

I think both of them are the same now,,I dont respect them both
Barbarian methods ((US and el Qauda))
See? Advocate the killing of whole families and we risk losing the moderates like him.

Ha. Just look at some of the comments in this thread. Not surprising really. Add a little bit of fear to the equazion, mix in some ethnocentric thinking and all of a sudden the so called civilized become advocates of war crimes, chanting on the killing of women and children. Did any of you dolts think that perhaps the woman had been forced into the marriage and become a slave, her only crime being born female in a country practicing Sharia Law? Too bad for her I guess. Or that the children were just unlucky enough to be born into a shit family? Pretty scary when you see parents cheering on the killing of children, more evidence the wrong people are breeding. The Geneva Convention was one of the main things that seperated western armies from the Taliban. Take that away and the only difference is ipods, expensive sneakers and obesity.

Jagger69's comment on the front page is a particular doosey. Rather ironic coming from somebody who wears his objection to capital punishment on his sleeve. It's easy to enjoy the righteousness of activism. A little bit harder to resist the groupthink when the shit hits the fan though eh?

These cheerleaders are applauding own goals. The militaristic adventures they love to virtual high five each other over have done a great job doing AQ's recruiting for them. But I guess they need these little moments to help carry on the delusion that progress is being made.

^^ This. BTW, america hasn't signed the Geneva conventions; entirely volountary.

Because you're a loopy son of a nut.

not sure you're in any position to judge mental stability, what with your approval of the passage of laws against people of certain ethnicity coupled with your belief that most black people are welfare hogs.

Security state?

the fact that you deny it is a) no surprise b) evidence that governnment has done a pretty good job helping to cultivate an ignorant, easily led citizenry.

"Every day, collection systems at the National Security Agency intercept and store 1.7 billion e-mails, phone calls and other types of communications."

Despite pledges by President George W. Bush and American intelligence officials to the contrary, hundreds of US citizens overseas have been eavesdropped on as they called friends and family back home, according to two former military intercept operators who worked at the giant National Security Agency (NSA) center in Fort Gordon, Georgia.

They reckon that whole get-up comes in at a trillion bucks a year. Great value for a system that failed to pick up the last three attempted attacks. You're paying to be spied on by the government and it's corporate buddies which bleed you for every penny your worth under the guise of national security and your defending this shit.

Major.Fucking.LOL

Too bad. Truth hurts.
