******** aids?

Gaahh My work shifts have been **** this week and a half. Work a double, then double back, repeat. I've worked all 3 shifts the past week and a half and its ******* my body clock. Can't get any ***** between shifts because I'm so adapted to straight days or afternoons. I took some melatonin last night after work but it didn't help much. Anybody have any advice or recommend a preferably natural supplement? Relaxation tips? Anything. I havehave another 2 weeks of this ish and if I continue getting 1-2 hours of *****, I might do something terrible to my cat and we don't want that.

Anybody else battle with *****? Anybody else ***** great and want to rub it in? Discuss!
