Most of the time it's for sex, They just can't publicly say it on a website or they'll get arrested. Legally on paper an escort is not in the sex for money business. To avoid trouble it is defined more like a dating service or something. How they get away with the prostitution part is by using a little legal loophole.............put it like this..... the law ends up taking in consideration that a "date" is a sexually charged thing and human nature and human instinct sometimes causes two consenting adults to choose to have sex, which is their right. But when they do, if that occurs, it's in the context of getting to know each other and deciding that is what they want to do not as money for sex.
