My PC answer would be that I would consider everything about her and not just be shallow and into the physical, however, given the forum I will say that I believe that 'A's' are far better than fake any day.
And adding to the long list of "I hates" about fakes...the small tiny nipples on 'C's and D's' Can't they stretch this part out too and keep the same ratio as real breasts? I already know they can't but really wouldn't it make fakes better to some degree?

I think it depends for me. If my choice was between a typical bad boob job and a cups I would choose an A cup. On the other hand if they had a particularly nice boob job done I would probably choose that.

Fake breasts are revolting on so many levels. I'd take A's over giant fakies any day. A great ass beats out boobs for me anyway. Don't get me wrong, I love breasts but shape is way more important to me than raw size - so are nipples - love them nipples.

i voted fakes but i really don't care all that much... i think what matters is that she gets implants (if she gets them) for herself, because she feels good about them; if she only did it to please a man or conform to society's standards then that would make her pretty pathetic and thus incredibly unattractive to me.
