She also nearly killed her 47 year old son in that crash. If he would've died, would he have gone out with a bang? No, I think not.
No offense to old people, as some of them can drive "perfectly fine", but this is a perfect example of how ridiculously dangerous they can be. If you confuse your ACCELERATOR with your BRAKES, you shouldn't have a license. She's lucky she didn't kill anybody else or injure anyone other than her son.
