*2016 US Presidential Elections* - Candidates, Statistics, Campaign Timelines, Debates

Trump deserves the same respect and support Republicans offered President Obama.

And Trump should follow Obama's lead and reciprocate. Except Obama fired the first shots so to speak.

Unity. That's cute.

Isn't any party's goal to make the other a one-term president? Otherwise, why run a challenger?

I believe any 'shots' you speak of were fired by the turd administration preceding Obama any shot by Obama was in response to eight years of the caustic nature of W's cronies.
How soon you forget.

Where is HotMega? I heard he moved to Mexico.

The temper tantrums going on around the nation by the progressives are fantastic.
'Real Time' with Bill Maher should be timeless tonight. lol
Why do you get so much pleasure from other people's misery???
This isn't a fucking sporting event that you can cheer on, those idiots are splitting society even more, damaging people's property and some people will get hurt or killed.

I still have my doubts about Trump, I'm still not sure all the BS Trump spouted before the election was real or it was just a strategy to get elected.
I doubt that he will keep his promises, he's not stupid, he will probably be like all the other politicians and pander to the corporate lobbyists.
But I hope I'm wrong and he destroys the corporate stranglehold that has been slowly taking total control of governments over the past century.

Maybe there will be another Clinton vs Trump election in 20 or 30 years.
If she can avoid scandals she may have a shot.

I went through my emails from a couple of weeks back.

This person now owes me $2000.00

and its looking good for us with the senate too and we're going to pickup some house seats gonna be an ugly 8 years for you my friend.

Haven't heard a word from them since the election.

:rofl2: :rofl2:

Am I the only person who saw the complete idiocy of nominating a candidate the voters roundly rejected just 8 years ago? And the Democrats didn't even bother to try to re-brand her, or try to get her to develop a basic personality. I went through all this campaign with the ugly feeling that it was WAY too much like 2000. The Democrats believed their candidate was entitled to the office, and you were stupid if you didn't agree. Seriously. She acted SO entitled in 2008, when a then one third term US Senator wiped the primary floor with her. And she acted even more so this year. The Democrats got what they deserved. AND SO DID THE REPUBLICANS. You think he's going to forget the Republicans who nominated him, and then spent the summer and fall walking a tightrope of simultaneous support and condemnation? Trump is in it for Trump and NOTHING else. He will do what he needs to do to maintain power. And if that means betraying the people who bought his line of bullshit, then so be it. Wait and see. All the people who thought he was going to be the redneck King Louis are in for a bitter four years.

Because they're only helping our side more....

We see what their true colors are and how tolerant they really are.

"Elections have consequences..." :funnyshit:

As I said before numerous times in this thread, the Supreme Court was the foremost concern for me. All of his rhetoric about walls and deportation and Muslim bans were music to my ears, but it won't kill me if he doesn't follow through on most/all of it. The SC was the pivotal issue to me in this election, and his list of nominees works for me.

Scott, it seems that you weren't in the minority up in Minnesota as you thought. Latest count there has Hillary up by only 47,000 votes.
