2013 New Years Resolutions

As 2012 draws to a close, what do you resolve to do different/more/less/better/faster/slower/whatever in 2013, and how will you motivate yourself to do that?

I plan to get back into the practice of exercising every day. I've let it slip for the last couple of months. I feel better about everything when I exercise sufficiently. I'm going to carve a specific time out of my daily routine for exercise, and that time may not be infringed upon, dammit!
