2012 London Olympics

Gonna watch Fencing, all the Shooting (air pistol/rifle, .22, Trap, Skeet), check out some Badminton (because it's not like I've been worn out with all the unrelenting Badminton coverage the rest of the time), and anything else that no one else watches.

NOT gonna watch anything that has the term "Dream Team". Ever. NOT gonna watch anything where the pros that already do this shit the rest of the year are doing it now.

i thought the ceremony was really awesome. i ended up watching it twice.

the progression of the ages was perfect. voldemort was awesome. and bean was hilarious.

I agree. I won't watch the "Dream Team" either. Tennis is my main thing. Badminton is good. Table tennis is on right now but I have four channels with the DirecTV deal so nice variety.

I fully agree. There's enough Football on for most of the year. It shouldn't be allowed in the Olympics. They always have to muscle their way into stuff.

I think a lot of people should thank London for hosting the Olympics. After all if they didn't do it other people might have to deal with it being by them. Way to take one for the world. :1orglaugh

USA is in the running for Gold in Archery. They beat Korea, which is huge. HUGE I say.

There is nothing like Olympic (International) competition. Hockey is still the best Olympic (Winter) event. Nothing comes close as far as the blood and guts spilled for some hardware.

Any room for "diversity" on the ice? lol

As far as b-ball it would be cool if Dirk and Germany got the gold for Dirk to have a ring and the gold within the relatively same time period.

Germany, then Spain. Why not go out and support Russia? lol

Haven't really watched the swimming yet, been watching the handball it's been surprisingly good just a shame GB aren't that great at it. But good result for the football GB women won 3-0. So far it's been pretty good might actually enjoy watching it.
