Florida has two shots against 'Bama on the road this week....slim and none. There's no way they win this game unless the earth starts rotating backwards.

There are some serious disparities between teams in some conferences this year but none more striking than in the SEC. There's Alabama and then there's everyone else in the distance. They are that good. No weaknesses and an indomitable will to win....a lethal combination. The Gators will put up a good fight but it will prove fruitless in the end just like Arkansas had to discover last week in Fayetteville. Should be fun to watch though....I just hope it stays competitive for most of the game.

Well, although Michigan State is 4-0 against such powerhouse teams as Albany Tech, Galapogas A&I, and Notre Dame, it's good to see Dantonio will be in the coach's box during the Wisconsin game, following his heart attack. Maybe the gods that be will provide a little hope for us against the Badgers.

I don't think FAU and WMU are all that terrible. If it had been North Texas and Ball State, then it'd be different. I really hope State wins, but it's hard for me to see it happening.

It such be a good game this Saturday between Florida and Bama Go Gators!

Hell yeah!! Go Gators!

Thanks for the confidence boost Jag, lol. I'm holding on to the memory of the 2007 LSU game in Baton Rouge for this one.

:1orglaughlol at fresno st playing....cal poly??..what the HELL is a cal poly?..why cant bama play teams like james madison ..cal poly..and oscar peebody
Duke :wave2: San Jose State :wave2: Georgia State :wave2: Tennessee this year :wave2:

I dunno smoknn, it sure looks like Bama plays plenty of James Madisons already...:cthulhu:

Now as far as the USC/Washington game goes, even though I've lost my hard on for Jake Locker I'm liking the looks of Washington +11 in that game, plus a small bet on the Huskies straight up.

I actually think this one will be an SC blowout now. I think things are finally coming together for the Trojans. The Huskies only won last year because Pete has a hardon for Sark and because Barkley did not play--1 week was not enough time to get the backup ready for that game :(

Lame Kiffin has no hard on for Sark and I suspect he will be in RUN-IT-UP mode :yesyes:

:bigjump:lock of the week: bama -8...im not going to lock it..but if you looking for a little backup bet..i like texas +4...just stay with me...........

I'll grant you it's a payback game, and if Locker stinks it up the way he did against Nebraska the Trojans might win fairly handily. But I don't think he will, and the Washington rushing attack can be potent when Locker performs competently. Neither team has looked particularly good on defense. I look for the Huskie's to have a big day on the ground. Plus they've had an extra week to prep for this game.
Final score: Huskies 24 Trojans 21

i like texas +4...just stay with me...........

Going the other way on this one. I like Oklahoma -4, despite the late game flat tires vs Air Force and Cinn.

Ha TR, those are about the only "easy" games Bama has this year, and UT is a rivalry game where you can throw out the records (see last year). The stretch Bama is in is fairly brutal: @ Arkansas, Florida, @USCe, Ole Miss, @UT, @LSU, MSU, then a cream puff before playing Auburn. Not the toughest schedule in the nation, but probably the toughest of any NC contender.

And after the Bama secondary got torched for most of the Arky game before Mallett went full retard, I'm not sure why people are giving UF no chance...

It is hard to disagree. Then again its a SEC schedule which makes it look tough.

Thanks for the confidence boost Jag, lol. I'm holding on to the memory of the 2007 LSU game in Baton Rouge for this one.

Sorry Yumi but I call 'em like I see 'em. Unless they step on their own collective dicks, Alabama should run the table and destroy whoever they play in the national championship game. Florida is simply the next victim, plain and simple. If I were a Gator fan, I'd be hopeful too but I would also be bracing myself for a loss because that's the most likely outcome.

ok lets do the math..bama was 7.5 over arkansas last week...now they started out as a 9.5 favorite over florida..that quickly dropped to 8..fact is last year arkansas beat florida all over the field..the zebras saved florida a L on the last drive of that game..in to which the next day they said they made a bad call..bad call my ass..that was a crooked call that won the game for florida..florida clear to see should have got a personal foul toward the end of that game..instead they charged arkansas..now if you dont remember this..before you comment..see if you can find a replay of that game...they wanted florida in that rematch last year with bama..if i ever seen a game that was fluke..florida and arkansas last year..and v tech and boise st this year,,is the worst cases i ever seen:tongue:

21 and 22..was my top 2 picks last year..and both have made the difference in kc this year already...humm..i dont know what happened ..but this goes with skys kc sheet..3 post back??

This is practically for all the roses. If UO playes like they did against ASU, they'll get raped. I think their defense will show some improvement though, especially at home. Imma take the Ducks in this one, it'll be high scoring and exciting. Too bad it I won't be watching cuz I'll be watching the following game........

I agree that Alabama is fucking good. But I've seen enough football to know its possible. Especially in the SEC, upsets and close calls happen all the time.

We did not deserve to win that game, but like a good team does, we pulled it out somehow. I remember like a month before that game thinking that the Arkansas game was gonna be a pain in the ass.....I was in a football pool and I actually picked Arkansas to win that game....I was very happy to have won that game. It reminded me of the South Carolina game a few years ago that required a last second blocked field goal to win and eventually win the title.

Oh, and random prediction. Iowa is gonna crush Penn State.

crooked play calling won that game for florida on their last drive..a fool could see that game was fixed...even the zebras the next day said they made a boo boo...their is bad calls then we got blind refs..in this case the ref that called the personal foul against arkansas in that game should be fired if he cant see no better than that

yumi your a florida fan..do you remember the last time florida was a underdog??
