Duke was way over-seeded. They have no inside presence. I thought a second round exit was pretty obvious for the Blue Devils.
My Yahoo Fantasy bracket is still doing good; 42 out of 64 thus far. The East and South are nearly mar free while the other two regions the most losses. The teams that I predicted to be in the regional finals are still alive...

The Trojans looked pretty flat against K State, which really surprised me :dunno:
I sure hope I'm wrong, but I'm thinking UCLA is going to get knocked out today. Lots of folks are figuring they're due for a monster game, and I know teams that won their sweet 16 game in overtime (like Xavier) have a poor record in the elite eight; but I've still got a bad feeling about this game.
I'm also thinking Stanford will beat Texas, but I'd be happy to be wrong about both of these games

I'm in a couple private Yahoo groups with friends and I'm in the middle of the pack. I had Memphis bowing out to Michigan State and instead...they dropped the hammer on Sparty.
It looks like this will actually turn out to be the year that all 4 #1's make it through. Kansas and UNC are playing the best. Memphis is next. Ucla seems stuck in a rut but they will win today.
Does anyone think this is the most boring tourney in the last 10 years? The only interesting story is the Davidson run. But they've blown all their opponents out except for 1 buzzer beater.

Well I've been so busy this week I lost track of the game schedules, so by the time I posted the above Texas had already kicked Stanford's ass :1orglaugh
yes it is. I am a huge gator fan but something just does not seem the same without having joakim noah, Al Horford, Corey Brewer, Taurean Green, and Lee Humphrey not in the final four. They really brought great passion and teamwork in tournament and they will never be forgotten. They go down to me as the best team to ever play college basketball in my opinion.:bowdown:
No, it has never happened before. I think Texas could knock off Memphis, but an all #1 Final Four for the first time looks very probable.
I selected all four #1 seeds as My Final Four and so far My prediction looks AWESOME!

Well, I went out on a limb by selecting all four #1 seeds to make it to the Final Four and ... it paid off! Now I need UCLA to win the whole thing!

as I suspected UCLA was too small and not deep enough to handle a team full of athletic bigs like Memphis. just wish I'd wagered some money on it. Collison completely disappeared. Kevin Love, like OJ Mayo, needs another year at the college level. Best of luck to Calipari's squad on monday - they're a very good team.
