^ This. One of my sisters was diagnosed with Type 2 about three years ago. She went on a very strict diet and did a ton of exercise. Within a year, her doctor told her she was no longer diabetic, and said she should really be a poster child for how to do this right. :) Definitely find out...

LOL. No. You know, I've never been on a plane in my nearly 33 years of life. :dunno: I'm not really scared of them (I mean, there are anxieties about a first flight) I just haven't gone anywhere via plane yet.

Then I guess it's an ideal day for me to post here. I've had a bad cough for almost 3 weeks now. Bought some new medicine this morning and - joy - it's making me sleepy. Says non-drowsy on the friggin box but... oh well. It's suppressing the cough, but why isn't it relieving my sinus...

Re: 2012 Official Gardening Thread Well, I planted my pear tree and my apple tree like six or seven years ago, and have yet to get any real good fruit off of 'em except the first year - got 2 pears. Since then, fruit (usually) grows, but gets eaten by squirrels or bugs before it gets ripe...
