Anyway, on to more cheerful topics... how long does it take to cook a chicken in your smoker... do you do any pre cooking to speed things up or is it all hickory in the cannister?

Sounds like fun! The only time I've ever done anything like that was when we cooked a 90lb. wild pig luau style in my side yard... I forget how long it took to cook, about 12 - 20 hours maybe? :dunno: Whatever the timeframe was, it was the most tender pork I have ever eaten! :yummie:
