Looks like it indeed, and then I thought Belgium was a cold country in winter.
You know, I can't really stand the cold. Neither does my skin. I have psoriasis, and so I need a lot of sun light. We are now just staying in Belgium untill our daugher is all grown up, and then we move South. The medication is ever so expensive, and just some sun daily would easily solve the problem without any costs.
Just looked it up, that is a cold region indeed. How do you survive there?
