I threw some **** out of the hotel last night. They were blaring music, wrestling in the halls and being dicks. Our long term guests were getting tired of it and threatening to leave and I had already warned the **** a couple times by now, so I tossed them out.

7:30am rolls around and the **** came back with their parents demanding their money back and saying I was dropping n bombs on them and only kicked them out because they were black. :1orglaugh They even used my appearance (shaved head) to try and help their cause. They were screaming at me in the lobby calling me racist in front of everybody. It was pretty embarrassing.

In the end, we didn't refund them **** and they are threatening to sue us. The ****** and his sons said they are going to find out my hours and "kick my teeth in" when I get off work one day. I'm shaking in my boots. :rofl: The *** grabbed our hospitality award trophy and smashed it on the ground. I thought that was funny.

I forgot to mention that they booked through HotWire. So they were only paying half the price of the room anyway. WTF is wrong with people? How pathetic can you be?

I wonder how many of the guests, who had no idea what's going, heard them calling me a racist and will keep that in the back of their mind every time they see me now.

There is no reason to believe that race was an issue here, at least until 7:30 am when they tried to make it THE issue.
Questions? Is the decision to give a refund only your decision or is there someone in a higher position who can make the final decision?
I realize they don't deserve a refund because they did occupy the room/s.

Another thing, I'm not one to call the police unless its totally necesary, but there you were being threatened with ******** and they were destroying property, seems like calling the police would have been a good idea, at least a report is on record, plus they might get a lawyer, and having a police report before that happens would help a lot.

The fact that there are white people fucking around in other hotels is irrelevant. Look at any colour of the rainbow and there has probably been someone of that colour being idiots in a hotel. If there was no complaints, I would have let them do whatever they want. I even offered them a free room in the basement where they could *****, wrestle and listen to music until checkout if they wanted to. Did you read that part? Or did you just automatically assume there was prejudice involved like they did? I don't like giving out free rooms. I don't like cleaning up after people, but I wanted them to enjoy their stay, just as much as our long term business clients. They didn't want the room, and didn't listen to my warnings so fuck'em. They're gone.

Really? What are they suing for? It's a privately owned establishment, it's not a fucking public park. You don't get to behave however you want just because you paid for a room. If you're being a nuisance, they have a right to remove you. It's really as simple as that. They broke **** in the lobby. That's destruction of private property. No judge in the country is going to a listen to a lawsuit after that. To call it frivolous would be an understatement.

And do you really think they're going to jump him over that? First of all, the company has records of the person who rented the room. Everything can be linked back to them. Also, the fact that they're telling him ahead of time would make it premeditated, so they can't claim it was an act of passion. Is it really worth going to jail for assault over a measly night in a hotel? Probably not.

Perhaps you should think **** over before posting in the future. Just sayin'...
