I mean.. I'm all for free speech. But most dont ever read the rules, most post the exact same **** over and over again... at the very, VERY least there should be a big warning on the NEW TOPIC page that says 'DID YOU TRY TO SEARCH FOR SIMILIAR THREADS FIRST?!?" Then you have to click yes or no before continuing on.

But, eh.. a mandatory post limit is something I've seen all over. 100 posts before you can see/enter the members only forum, etc.

I usually see forums that have a mandatory post count in order for newbies to even see or post pictures and/or links. I think that works out pretty well, because it encourages people to actually have a conversation, rather than post the same **** that we've all seen a million times.
