o yes weed is really dangerous..you read in the paper everyday where some terrible weed smoker ran over someone and ****** them...or pulled out a *** and starts shooting up the crowd...NOT!!!!!!!.. weed never hurt no one...if anything should be against the law it should be *****!... ***** is whats ******* folks not weed....we got a whole prison full of drunks!!!!!!! **** UP AMERICA

I didn't say that it was dangerous. you asked why it's considered a ****, and I said why. I agree with you about which of the two is worse.

Legalize with exceptions ...

My strong, American Libertarian foundation requires me to believe that legalizing weed would do the same harm as ******* or any other, ***** **** -- no harm on its own, although it influences you.
Most American Libertarians, including myself, do not think much of **** excuses.
In other words, you should not get a lesser charge because you ****** someone DUI than if you were not.
If that was how we prosecuted those who ***** their rights, people would think twice before doing it.

As you've seen me state several times now, I've never drank, done the weed or anything else.
I don't like the concept of making myself a slave to something at all, and have no desire to try such vices.
But I don't hold any judgement of others that do, and I'm extremely uniform in that application.
I only judge those who ***** their right, but I do not think we all should suffer the loss of a right for their *****, even if I -- myself -- don't.

Same deal with my views on guns and other rights, which I find ironic that drinkers want guns made *******.
Because responsible *** owners don't **** any more people than responsible ******* users.
In fact, ***** of guns themselves aren't an excuse for a lesser charge, unlike ******* or *****.
That's my problem with "the system," not the **** itself.

No excuses for not being a responsible citizen, period.
If you **** someone under the influence, don't even try to tell me you had impaired judgement.
You weren't impaired when you decided to ***** or do the ****, and didn't consider your environment or limitations at that time.
Like being out without a designated driver, or not being in your home when you hit it.

It seems to me that you take the stance, (to rephrase a popular slogan about responsibility) "***** don't **** people. people **** people."

you say that people choose to take a **** that impared them and that they did not know the limits or consideration of environment, so therefor they are responsible for the results of those actions. But can it really be said that they bear the sole responsibility? yes, people make choices, but had that person not been on *****, what is the likelyhood that they would have made that same mistake? didn't the ***** indeed impair them in a way that they would not have been otherwise? so how can you say that a thing which does what it is supposed to do is not responsible for the effect that it has?

and that is also the real issue of anti-*** view. yes people will still harm each other if there are no guns. but guns are made to hurt and to ****, that is what they do and what they are for, and so the very nature of people having them makes it more likely that people will be hurt and ****** by them. It's kind of like the companies that make poison and then have contamination, and they say "It's not our fault. It was an accident." But how accidental is it that the manufacture and distribution of poison caused poisoning?

I'm not saying that we should ban this, or free that (Ok, so I AM saying that we should ban industrial pesiticides, and free the weed). I'm just saying that it's not a black and white issue, and the heart of it is the conflict between liberty and responsibility.

Damn! Now this thread is getting real interesting!

Hey, let's ***** this fifth of Jack...sheeit. I'm fucked up!
Let's go see some dancers...got gas in the Chevy?
Screechhhh!!!
Was it a surprise you couldn't drive too well, and ****** those teenagers? No...
5 to 20, IMHO.
Puff...puff...man, I'm fucked up! Let's go outside and watch fireflys on the roof!
Ahhhhh...thud! "Damn, can you lend me a thousand 'til I get back to work? I'm broke after the doc bills...etc." God help you if you ******** and the **** set fire to the couch...etc.
Personal responsibility means no excuses for what you do, no matter what you meant to do...drive *****, and don't act like you had no idea...watch your (living) ******** grow up visiting you weekends at State prison.
I like having fun, but I have no mercy when it comes to excuses versus reasons.
So...leave me to decide, and pay whatever price I need to pay for my freedom...hope I don't have some limp wrist deciding I need to live like them, have what they want, and feel good their way.
No more **** testing before employment! ;)

Weed is good if you want to get insane, bored and depressed.

So, my answer is NO. I know a lot of people who had a lot of problems because of weed.

you knows the laws are so fucked up in this country. It's my understanding that all laws have to be based on the US constitution, and if they aren't then they are *******. so how the hell can they pass a law like this? well, of course it turns out that there is no law that requires this! so basically companies are doing something that is ******* and if you don't comply, then they have the right to not hire you or terminate you if you are allready a worker. how does that make any sense?

EXCELLENT points!!! :glugglug:

I say, yes because people are still going to smoke it no matter what. I think you should have rules for the amount you can have. It would save room in jails and prison, for true criminals. Hell, if you don't know were your teenage ******** are, and what they are doing, that is the parents fault.

I live in freekin' Toronto. Possession of ********* is like getting a parking ticket right now.

SO yeah, they might as well legalize it. I've tried the funny stuff once, and that's it.

People who vote 'yes' obviously don't know much about weed.

Maybe those who vote "yes" are those who smoke? Like most(not all) of the people who've responded in this thread!

Actualy did you know that ******* is the only **** that will **** you if you try and detoxify? ******* is a more addictive **** then marajuana? ******* has had more crimes comitted because of it then *********?

I'm not comparing weed with *******. Looks like a lot of people don't seem to know and understand the bad effects of weed! They think its cool to smoke it(some people even smoke it to look cool which is stupid as fuck.)but I just can't wait when they'll stop smoking it and when they'll start to feel bad, depressed, bored and when they'll realize how much crap it was! Some people who smoke ********* don't realize that without it they wouldnt have any life and they would feel like ****. They don't realize that their life is turning in circle.

I know a lot of people who ended up anxious for life, depressive or even schizophrenic because of *********. That's enough for me to be totally against that crap.

I was into weed a while ago, but fortunately, I stopped quickly and didnt get any problems except some anxiety problems... So, I know that its serious crap.

I can't believe how **** these days find this crap so 'cool'.
