Zooey & Emily Deschanel Will Share The Screen on ‘Bones’ - October 29, 2009
Actress and She & Him singer Zooey Deschanel will join her ******, Emily, on a Bones episode airing December 10. It’s the first time the Deschanel girls have been seen on screen together!
Emily, 33, who plays Dr. Temperance Brennan on the Fox drama, will be joined by little sis Zooey, 29, in “The Goop on the Girl” episode. Zooey will be playing Margaret Whitesell, a distant relative of Temperance’s.
“When Brennan’s ******, Max Keenan (guest star Ryan O’Neal), makes contact with Margaret, he invites her to spend Christmas with him and his ********,” Entertainment Tonight reports.
The episode will also include a plot where Temperance and Booth (played by David Boreanz) solve the mystery of a Santa Claus suited-man who was blown up after a failed bank robbery attempt.

I see her as Katy Perry, minus the boobs of course. Same quirkiness, same WIDE-EYED gaze, basically same look. Which is HOT!
Same here. I saw a bunch of pictures of Zooey in a little green bikini and was like "OMG...I didn't know Zooey was that stacked!!!"
Then I actually looked at the captions below the pics and saw the name Katy Perry. My reaction was "Who the hell is Katy Perry?"
Needless to say...I'm now a big fan of them both.

Zooey's appearance in that episode was kind of a letdown for me, it really was just a bit part. And they over-did the "you look so much like Bones you could be sisters." Still, any chance to see Zooey is worth it.
I agree, I thought Zooey was going to have a major part in the story.
