Excellent detective work.
This is the best of a series of pictures to show how a woman undergo "aging process".
You can also tell she underwent facial plastic surgery and "re-do" her saline implant !
As a doctor, I believe her plastic surgeon removed her old silicone implant (?) and replaced with a better, one size smaller saline implant ! The last boob job was poorly done and "sagged" (too heavy or not placed properly or due to excessive manipulation during filming on squeezing her breasts too hard) and really did not look natural at all !
But her body tone is still excellent and she can last for many years to come.

What are you talking about? What "squeezing" and "filming"? Zdenka doesn't/hasn't done hardcore and unlike a lot of other centerfolds and porn stars her boobs haven't changed over the years. If her boobs are fake, then all boob jobs should look like that. I think you got the wrong chick here, Mr "11 inches".
