Well, I guess since I got called out along with EXCLEC, I guess I'd better have the balls to stand up here like he did. I, too have bad rep, and no fucking clue why. I don't engage in the personal flaming and ass-ripping that goes on here on this thread. I only post what I know and what I believe. Yes I am a member of YuriLuv.Com. Whether EXCLEC, SHAZZ and JCMC5 and I are the only members here or not is academic. You don't have to be a subscriber to Yuri's websites to post here on this forum. I amended my post immediately after realizing there were two different video's on YuriLuv.Com.
You don't have to be a behavioral scientist to understand why Yuri and Nick would put up two different announcement videos for members and non-members. You want to get in on the the good stuff, then fuckin' throw down your money and JOIN like we did. The screen grabs that were posted here were made possible by guys who obviously are, and had to be members. I guess the shitty remarks posted made them do it. I , like EXCLEC, chose not to. I'm only here because I am a loyal Yuri~Fan, and have been for over five years now. I posted the first news about Yuri's announcement in good faith, and then I got it rammed up my ass. I thought I was breaking some good news. . . . Thanks a lot :moon:

I've looked through the rest of the thread and seen you doing this more than a few times, upsetting other users here while trying to act like you're whiter than white and better than everyone else.

And yeah, as for the two different videos. No, doesn't make sense from a business point of view at all. Why tease the shmucks who are already locked into paying you every month? Isn't that like selling snow to Eskimo's? You're supposed to give your members what they pay for and tease the public who don't, so they've a reason to join. Should be trying to bring in new members with better public proof/teasing, rather than some cryptic video that shows and explains nothing, especially for a model with a track record for, how shall we say, bending the truth? Bad business practice.
I'm also becoming more and more convinced that not only are you and the other guy one in the same, but that you're more than just a member, you're a minion of their company. Funny how "she" turns up after months of nothing, out of the blue, suddenly like that.

You ever think the reason why I posted a different video inside is to treat my members special than just the average surfer that tries to get everything free. I want my members to know they are special to me. As to the skeptics that do not like the pics of me and my dear friend Foxxxy , sorry she is a good friend of mine and we were at the studio the same day so we shot some nice pics.... I love my friends, doesn't mean I jump into bed with them all, maybe I should rethink that idea....

That is a very smart move, nice way of getting all non members to your site... nice tease, it is creating a lot of anticipation BTW, by rethinking th idea, seems you would rethink about jumping into bed with your fans, right?
Problem with that is, the harder you make it to get, the more the pirates, hackers, crackers etc. will work at it. Give them a big enough challenge and it'll just attract more and more, because they love a good challenge. I've worked in the software industry all my life and know all about that. So you're fighting a battle you can never win, to keep things completely 100% members only.
As for the tranny shoot. I've nothing against that persay, as it does technically and biologically count as b/g, (but the timing was pretty bad with your "announcement") That, I think, was the real issue some of us had with it, the impression given that a short photoshoot was the big surprise, as you can see, it didn't go down too well. If you want to film yourself having sex with him then that's fine by me. I'd rather see that, than some hairy old guy with dingleberries on his ass!
Regarding special treats for the members, you could do personal videos for them (for a price) or other personal treats, with two options. They pay a little more to keep it completely personal and private and unique just to them and what they do with that afterwards is up to them, because they paid you already. Or they pay a little less and the result is eventually released to the other members as a free gift to them. This would create a greater sense of community within the member circles, and help to weed out the leechers and others unwilling to offer cash, along with those in your members area on stolen/hacked passwords. Think about it. Your leaked members area stuff that does the rounds on the net with all the other member only sites, is leaked by certain members. Now if you did this as an added bonus, and focused on this (while lowering your membership fee's slightly to compensate), then anyone leaking something they just paid you for, is only going to hurt them, and it'll be real easy to see who leaked what.
Not to mention, that extra personal touch will certainly go a long way to retaining more members too, and bringing in new ones because what you'd be offering to members simply wouldn't be possible, or easy to get elsewhere. Granted, you'll still get certain stalker types like HTVideo who think you're having a relationship with them, but they're kitten harmless when stuck on ignore.
