i uploaded a video that is just over 12 minutes and it has been rejected for being too long.
i have seen videos on YouTube over 90 minutes long, why was they not rejected but mine was?

Sometimes when the site is slow, this flash error message can display. Unfortunately in most cases it isn't actually your system that is the problem. It might just be that you need to try again later or even try using another browser. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, please try Firefox, available at ww.getfirefox.com.
If you continue to have issues, please visit Premium Link Upgrade and let us know what you see on the screen. The video should never actually load, but you should see a video player with some text below it. If you let us know what the text says, we will be able to better diagnose the issue as we work to a solution.
