Ok, seems clear enough, until we get to the under 19,000 range.
I'm just wondering if those who make very little and already get ALL of their income tax witheld during the course of the year returned to them still get a check in the mail from this recovery plan.
I ask because where I'm from i've seen year after year people who already pay no federal income tax recieve checks each year from anywhere between 400.000 and 3,000.000 in which they immediatly **** away on new clothes, jewelry. video games ,electronics, and many times ***** and *****.
will they now get yet another free handout aka tax credit?
just curious.
