My unpaid PA Sanjay will then do my work while I'll take Aniko to AFA's beach.

my girl gets up when the alarm goes off, not sure when, i stay in bed. she sets it again for me around 9-9:30am. i hit the snooze a few times, dont want to get up, then i finally do, going against everything my body tells me to. then pee time. i review my dream, dwelling on it for a while, then go downstairs. breakfast is a new thing for us lately so she usually makes me something. i usually put on the tv to get brain moving, usually something on food network. then i pet my cats a little if they are still running around and not in their room and i cuddle up under some blankets cause im always freezing when i wake up. after a few minutes (unless its already done) i eat, watch tv a little, complain about wanting to go back to bed and then i throw on some pants and shoes and jacket, and we leave.

of course, this changes dramatically on the weekends where i sleep til 2-5 sometimes. and when i wake up i play video games or read.

I usually wake up to the Steve Czaben show on Fox Sports...he and Gawldie are pretty sharp. The third guy, Scott, is a little bastard.

I've been eating a lot of Greek yogurt from Trader Joe's. Damn good stuff.

Instead of emailing and internet I try to glance through the Wall Street Journal in the morning. That way, when I come online, I'm ready to kick ass and take names..!

I usually stay up to about 4 or 5 AM then go to sleep. I then wake up at various times through the morning, going downstairs to spend some time with Becks, then back to sleep. Sometimes I then sleep until 2PM and other times around 12PM. If it's the former, then it's off to take Becks to work right away. If it's the latter, then I spend some time with Becks and her crazy morning ritual (most of its eccentricity is left out of her entry on here).

Alarm at 7, snooze till 7.45, cigarette and a cup of coffee, then a crap (great laxative is coffee and tobacco!), get dressed and fuck off to work around 8.20. Get to work and make more coffee.

At the weekends it's slightly different.

Alarm at 7, snooze till 9, cigarette and a cup of coffee, then a crap (weekend poos take longer but are more pleasurable), get dressed. Hit internet around 10 by which time I've probably had 3 cups of coffee, then check emails around noon.

I should just point out that I do wash! After the dump and before the getting dressed. Just thought I'd mention it incase anyone thought I was a dirty FCUKer flylicker:throwup:

By 6:10 AM - get done checking emails and crap
By 6:15 AM - finished getting dress
By 6:30 AM - hit the road for work
