I receive free (at the point of delivery) health care and if I visit the doctor I get a full and thorough investigation.If nothing can be found I am referred to a specialist.They do not cut corners.
It's true that most people don't think they have had a full consultation unless something has been prescribed but I'm not one of them.I get ***** when they are the appropriate treatment.The NHS uses generic ***** whenever it can by the way.
There's a common myth that natural is somehow better than synthetic.Well, a plant doesn't provide an extract because it's good for humans.The modern chemical industry is based on herbalism;in the 19th century chemists were trying to synthesise quinine but discovered other useful things like dyes etc instead.The pharmaceutical industry is well aware of herbs and their effects ; if anything is genuinely effective the active ingredient is extracted and analysed. It may be marketed or improved.The only thing going for herbs is that because it is less effective than ************ medicine the side effects will be less too.

Synthetic medicine is bad and has many side effects, they are poison and death in pill form. Today's pharmaceutical companies have nothing in common with herbs or your well being. They want your money.

You wouldn't say that if a synthetic **** was keeping you alive or was responsible for your leading a normal life. I can name several ***** that can significantly improve someone's quality of life that have few or no side effects.


You often seem somewhat extreme in your views Will E Worm; everything is either black or white. I was somewhat like that years ago. With time, you may find that life is much more grey then you presently see it.

marx was a political writer, he never held any political position, let alone ruled a nation, how can you say he was a dictator?

I also think that comparing Marx, Stalin, Hitler, and Mussolini is very short sighted. If you want to boil it down and call them all dictators (other than marx) that would be fair, but they way that they ran the political and economic systems were totally different. As LBP said, it's not just black or white. If you want to define communism or socialism as a system where the government is involved in currency exchange, then every government in the world is communist. that is too narrow of a definition and ignores all the other factors that work within different societies.
