Your Favorite Way to Travel ???
the bus for everyday cuz it's fun to watch all the people, not be dealing with traffic, and it's cheap...mind you the bus not running on time sucks and when you're next to the homeless guy who hasn't showered in a while it's unpleasant BUT! it's all a part of the experience

if i am travelling somewhere by myself i usually go by bus, because it can be cheaper than flying, and i dont mind the long drive, unless i am going somewhere really far away

I love trains. One can sit watching the scenery. There are different types. Ever since the days of "Thomas the Tank Engine" I have wanted to ride in one of those Swiss trains that travel up snowy mountain slopes.
The sound of trains on the track are deeply embedded in my heart and mind. T tuck t tuck t tuck t tuck....t tuck t tuck....
Eating in a dining car is a pleasure. Having nice bedding is sweet. The company can be good too, sometimes. Just an ordinary train is fun too.
Even here in Portland, it still amazes me how a train can stop next to a building, alongside a pavement, waiting for a traffic light to change.

Car for a lot of reasons;
-freedom to go wherever you want whenever you want
-privacy - no irritating drunks telling some stupid stories (like in a bus or subway)
-freedom to choose your own music
-no schedules to catch, no worries
-no hassle with the luggage, take what you want and feel safe that it`ll get to that same destination as you
-in a car my destiny is in my own hands. I always feel more comfortable when I don`t have to trust my ass on the mercies of someone else - especially if I don`t even know that person - or even see him, like the pilot in a plain, ship or train.
-...and then there`s those airports of today with the safety hassle, plains missing their schedules, airplane food etc...yeah, flying is a real joy these days....
And the most important thing; I love driving, it`s pure relaxation for me, no matter what the traffic or road conditions are like. Except congestion if I`m in a hurry.

Car - No, I use it every day. It's comfortable but too common.
Plane - No, I hate it when I have to wait for depart at the airport.
I voted "others":
When I want to feel free, I use my wheelchair or my bike to go out.
Enjoy the environment, feeling close to it and when I'm back after a few hours, I feel reborn.

I really like taking trains, especially in Europe and Western Canada; no bullet trains. Driving is also good when going across Canada. Flying... Eh, I'll take it, when I have to go across the ocean, but only because I've had some bad experiences trying to drive it.
