Definately one of the best bands to come out of the 90s.

It's sad that it's all over, but in a way it's good. Better to burn out than to fade away, as the saying goes.

I mean look at the chili peppers... If they had called it a day (or died) after Californication, they'd probably be worshipped by all. But instead they have become pretty annoying....

I'd rep you if i could, but i can't at the moment. you're goddamn right about the chilipeppers, they've totally lost touch with their funk roots. its a shame.

I havn't heard the new QOTSA yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
+1 on the RHCP statement. Blood sugar sex magic - one of the greates albums ever... californiacation also great, but as alredy said, now I just find them annoying (esp. singer) I'm still lovin John (guitarist) solo work though, and as a bassist I've just gotta love Fleas work.

I used to love RHCP then I turned 16 lol. I just moved on to different types of music and kinda left them behind. After "One Hot Minute" it all went a different direction which I didnt approve of.
