You wouldn't hear it......they broadcast the song on a local radio station....only has a range of a few hundred feet....that way people can drive by, sit in their car, tune in, and watch the show. So the neighbors then only have to put up with the crazy ass flashing lights.

Still would be enough for me to go ahead and exercise that right to bear arms though!
