Xbox One vs PS4 - which should you buy?

I will eventually buy an Xbox One but I canceled my preorder this week.

I've thought about cancelling too. There's really not that much of a leap between current gen and the next gen launch titles. It's not going to be for a year or two when the real magic starts happening. I've got PS4 preordered but Titanfall is the game I REALLY want to play and that's not out til march.

I'll probably end up getting both, but I'll wait for a while and see how they turn out.

Besides I've a tonne of games still to play on the "older" platforms.

I never had an Xbox, I do have the Playstations 1, 2 and 3 so my choice is obvious.
Not going to get one right away though, I'll wait another year or so as well for better games to come out and I still have tons of games I haven't played yet for the PS3.

Very true, I plan on buying mine around March or so since I figure by then we will all have a pretty good grasp on what both consoles can do and the good games will start coming out.

Last generation I started with XBOX 360 , then I got a PS3 a few years later. This time it will be PS4 at launch and then I will get an XBOX one in a few months.

I've heard that half of the PS4s have been DOA. I'd laugh at the PS4 fans, but I'm almost positive that the XB1 will have the same problems. Glad I decided to wait before buying a new console, because I was pretty sure this would happen. I'll keep spending money on 360 games in the meantime.

Think the major issue was trying to keep a connnection to psn and not being able to get the patch right away. Couple buddies of mine weren't doing much with theirs on launch day from that issue.

So they will get a porn app I assume. No different then just using the internet app on either 360/ps3 now.

Although all your friends will know why you dont want to join in a session of Knack cause your status will say watching Pornhub.

Actually now that I think of it, I'm kinda worried. I don't want to see this app at my buddies house thinking did he just finish using this controller that hes handing to me. Better to bring my own controller or baby wipes :banana:

Not sure what the big deal about pornhub accessibility is, XVideos has worked perfectly on the 360 since they added Internet explorer. Plus, pretty much everyone has a phone/laptop/PC that they can find porn on instantly.

I been playing my PS4 with no problem so far which is an god thing. Right now plan to get an Xbox One next year when the new Halo comes out.

Those looking to get into next gen cheaper can with Best Buy promo.
Trade in PS3/360 for $100 credit.
Seems better for 360 owners looking into an X1 since it can least help match price of a PS4 in that sence.
