I usually only trust parodies done by New Sensations cause they're all really well done.
And yeah, I agree with calpoon -- it's kind of ridiculous to want to try to compete (imitate?) with CG that cost a bazillion majillion bucks and took 15 years to concoct. It's almost insulting.

This is definitely one the industry should leave alone. Not because I think it's too sacred or something because I haven't seen it yet but I can only imagine how ridiculous it would look. Probably starring this guy:

I would not be surprised to see the porn version be similar only in name and blue people. If there is 3-D, it will probably be quite cheesy.
The problem is that they aren't spending $230 million on this, so I'm guessing the cat people won't really make for super-hot alien porn. Bummer.
I haven't seen the real film yet, but I say leave this one be. It would look just to weird and awkward.
