Unless I remember wrong, she had some issues/infection with her fake boobs... Perhaps her earlier boobs looked better, but naturally they would have probably ended up looking like old man's nut sacks after couple years. Certainly looks like that is the case. Same thing happened to Kerry Louise across her areolas. However with Eva Notty, this picture above looks worse.

It is certainly not the best boob job i have seen, and i agree that she looked better before the surgery (in my opinion). But the point is that it is her body and she can do what she wants and doesnt need some asshole to 'slap' her because they dont like the results.

I find the big fuss about her decision irritating. I also find that her "hangers" were exactly that: hanging, and thus not as appealing as firm breasts. I can understand her decision, yet she was not well served. With breasts as saggy as hers, she would have to somehow loose some excess skin or go for pads that fill the skin up, which would make her look ridiculous.
Anyway, she is an attractive woman, just not my type.

All I see is some rippling on the bottom side of her right breast, which isn't that uncommon for saline implants.. so it's not a doctor fuck-up or anything.
