Would pornstars be casted in hollywood

If you happen to have had a very short porn career a long time ago, you can be in mainstream movies or TV-shows but if you've been in porn for like 10 years and retired like 1 or 2 years ago, don't even think about having a part in a mainstream movie or TV-show (unless it's a B movie, something like Sharknado, Iron Sky, Piranha 3D, etc...)

Not quite off topic here, but sort of sideways.
But after the above post with all those nice Jelena Jensen pictures, I had this image of a movie set in the "Last action hero" world, where all of the police are super hot pornstars or ex-pornstars. Of course Ms Jensen would have to play the authoritative boss.

While there's a few exceptions like R. Bolla (Robert Kerman), of Oh Those Nurses and Debbie Does Dallas fame, who did crossover into mainstream TV and movies, pornstars will never get cast in legitimate movies. They'll make a cameo appearance, Lisa Ann in Billions and Jamie Gillis in Nighthawks, but Hollywood is reticient about casting someone with a pornstar past for fear of the negative backlash it'll create. It's fodder for the tabloids and it will sink a million dollar production.
