well morality depends on your background and viewpoint (religion, upbringing, culture, etc.)... all Christian morals would say that adultery is wrong. That may or may work or may not be what you believe in. Ultimately you will have to answer whether you beleive that is is immoral to sleep with her or not since she is married. Practically speaking I would say the reality is that there is alot of potential drama that you could be drawn into, (i.e. stalker husband, etc.) that is not worth it. If she really is unhappy then she should get a divorce, and truthfully if she is willing to cheat that's a problem in and of itself there. Also if she has children that is another thought to consider as I am not sure one wants to be the dude that broke a family up.

Adultery applies whether you are married or are cheating with someone who is married. If she really is unhappy in her marriage, then she can go get a divorce. Just because you are single doesn't excuse the fact that you are sleeping with someone's spouse.
