Tales of Destiny. All of the spells were dubbed with Japanese voice actors using English words. So you get things like "FAIABARRR!" or "THUNDAHBULLADO!" and "ISONEEDULU!". Only the main character's attacks were dubbed in Japanese, and he's the only one I can tolerate hearing. Tales of Destiny II was bad too, because they used American actors that seemingly had no interest in the project. Things that should be loud or panicked sounding come out like Steven Wright did all the voices.
