Republicans are embarrassed with him for the bloated spending and the corruption (and the fact that we are occupying Iraq for no reason).
Dems simply seethe whenever he opens his mouth because they view every single sentence he stammers to be a bald-faced lie.
The real question is can there ever be a President who actually unites America? Clinton steered through some of the most prosperous times we've seen AND made the only real attempt at Peace in the Middle East (since ?) but he did bungle Monicagate...and got impeached for that. Let's be fair and say that there were 18 identified "scandals" during the Clinton Admin too---from selling nights in the Lincoln Bedroom to selling seats on AF1 to his donors...to FBI File gate...Whitewater...etc...
How Dubya avoids impeachment....that is a question for the soothsayer to answer?
