One of the main objectives of WCN is to celebrate the fusion of incredibly beautiful/sexy nude babes with the artful skill of fine photography.
As shown in my scorecard (above), my approach is to give equal weight to both model and photographer.
Essentially, columns 1 & 4 refer to model's contribution, while 2 & 3 refer to the creative and technical aspects of the pic.
From your perspective, the photo's setting or background is a virtual non-factor. I on the other hand see "atomosphere" as contributing roughly 25% to the picture's overall appeal.
WCN's Photo of the Year Award (as opposed to model of the year) will likely be chosen taking into consideration all visual aspects available to the viewer.
Typically, the further along the tournament progresses, the more relevant things beyond the model will become.

We are now at the midway point of Round 2 for the Solo Nude portion of the tourney... a perfect opportunity to launch WCN's 2016 Championship for Multi-Model Photo of the Year,
featuring 3 finalists from the subgenre: girl-girl, softcore.

Winner will be considered the "top-reigning Multi-Model nude", maintaining said title until defeated by a future champion.
