Curious Diva?! Look at the .. cavity at the top of her left leg, because her femur is raised based on the position of her leg. And, from the flash / sunlight, her midsection / by her navel "blends into" the blue wall, and you lose her form.
Exactly right wmonbear. With "Curious Diva" her left arm is causing the shadowing. There is probably another light source (not in the picture and directly above the model's head) that is causing a reflection of her left forearm to create this additional shadowing. There would be normal shadowing and lines regardless at the top of her leg, the start of her thigh and the end of her torso. Look at "Attic Dweller's" left leg. Normal shadowing there too. More prevalent because her left lower abdomen, genital area and her left thigh is in darkness coming from the light to her right. Lastly, with "Fantasy Bride", Rian Sugden's right side of her body has a line separating her leg and her torso.Peculiar for sure... wondering if placement of her arm is causing some sort of strange shadowing there.
Regardless, the pic has wonderful contrast and the model is entirely within the picture's frame.
Always find it annoying when a piece of a model's body is unartfully out of frame, as in Fantasy Bride (portion of hand unnecessarily chopped).
