I respectfully disagree that there's heavy retouching (or any retouching for that matter) of her lower body/legs.
Katsuni has been blessed with what I term "soft knees" (smooth, non-skeletal in appearance) which is one of the hallmarks for terrific legs, imo.

The third is not. Lots of touching up there. And I see knee bones. Not heavily pronounced but extant. Do you really not see the outlining of much of her legs in the contest photo? Look how unnatural/shopped the bend behind her right knee looks in that photo.

Yes, I can definitely see some "outlining", but it's not just of her lower body, it extends higher up (though not as obvious), as far as her breasts. I believe it's simply a quality issue and not post-production/'shopping. Who can say for sure (other than the photographer of course).
But I do understand your skepticism. It's hard not to be skeptical these days of photos that appear too good to be true, considering how prevalent altered photos have become.

You're right, though more subtle the outlining is visible surrounding her upper parts too, which is why I first referred to it as resembling a cardboard cutout.
