hideous corporate-speak like the example you've noted there deserves an entire thread to itself

"At the end of the day ..." :dunno:
"Think outside the box..." :dunno:

comptroller (hideous word)
pursuant :hairpull:
agree in principal -- c'mon, do you agree or not!?
sustainablility -- Argh!!! :hairpull:
green _____ (relating to anything in terms of energy and the enviroment)
the current economy -- as opposed to the previous economy? :dunno:
retail component -- i.e. a "store," right? :dunno:
retail sales -- from the Dept. of Redundancy Dept.

Anything from the Urban Dictionary.

For example: "fo shizzle dizzle"
Which means: "for sure dog"
Where "dog" means "buddy" or "friend" and they agree.

If you do not understand what I just said, then purchase the book "Ebonics for Dummies" which is the number one best seller in Oakland, California.

Banned?
Cunt.

Not because it offends me but, but because of that exact reason. It used to mean something. When someone called you a cunt, you really knew you'd done something wrong. Now it get's thrown around willynilly just like "fuck" or "shit". It should go back to how it was - The word you used when you really wanted to offend.

"The N word." Not the word they mean, just that phrase... fuckin annoys me.

And "synergy." Douchebags who say that are just trying to sound smart but they are just dumb douchebags.

None should be banned. Either they're all good or not. It's the connotation and emotion behind each word that make it hateful or not. Either you have free speech or you don't. There's too much of this bullshit PC going around, anyway. It's like attempting to pick a piece of shit up by the clean end.

That's out of the way. There's actually a phrase I would like to see people stop using. "Bbw," no such thing. There are hot chicks and fat chicks.

A couple more:

yummy (no one over the age of 4 should use that word unless they are talking to someone who is under 4. This especially applys to straight adult males)
tig ol' bitties (not funny. never was. Besides, 'bitty' would imply that they're small. So it really is a stupid phrase.)

Superb. - I genuinely hate that word. It comes off as pretentious and arrogant and I imagine the speaker has a very snobbish tone.
