Women in Porn with shoes, what is it with women and footwear in Porn?

This is wierd for me to articulate or ask but I've always wondered why the heck in Porn almost every chick is wearing shoes. I mean...not everytime but the majority they've got shoes of some type.

It's not that I have a foot fetish, I don't think I do. I love every part of a womens body and I really prefer to see women in porn without footwear. I UNDERSTAND that the shoes USUALLY come off eventually. Have many of you noticed or observed the frequency of the OVER-USE of footwear with women in porn? It's not a Pet-peeve or a turn-off I'm just overly curious WHY?

I mean if it's a gallery or a video starting with the women in lingerie then I can understand seeing her wearing heels, of course, SURE. But I have seen many galleries where after the chick takes off all her clothes including her lingerie, she puts BACK ON her heels. Seen many porn photo shoots with the girl naked on bed with her heels on for most or all of the shoot. I would estimate that 7 out of 10 Porn galleries of women have them wearing shoes and will either wear them the whole shoot or most of it. Call me boriong but I Love the women barefoot, socks, nylons are sexy too, kneehigh or those socks that come to the thighs are really sexy too but LOSE the SHOES. The other day I saw a gallery with a girl on a sandy beach..in heels and a bathing suit for the whole spread.

Also, lately I've been seeing an increase in teen or those 18+ galleries where all the girls where tennis shoes and socks throughout the whole shoot.

I dunno maybe girls feel more insecure during porn shoots if they aren't wearing heels or shoes of some type. Anyone got any incites on this for the porn industry?

...and again, It's not a grip, pet peeve or anything like that, I'm just always been curious about this.

It's nothing about us being insecure. It really depends on the girl.

Sometimes I wear shoes in my shoots, sometimes not. Sometimes I keep them on the whole time. Sometimes I wear just thigh highs or tights. Sometimes I go completely barefoot.

It really depends on the shoot and what else I'm wearing, or whether or not I feel like finding heels that look good with whatever I'm wearing.

There's also this rumor flying around that heels are sexy. So. That might just be the answer. Heels are sexy so we wear them.

It's common practice in the porn industry that after a porn shoot is over porn stars like to head on over to the basketball court and play a game of hoops. So, often times they wear their Air Jordan shoes to the porn shoot and, after the shoot is over, they play a game of basketball to stay in shape and to keep fit.

Well absolutely, I mean high heeled shoes or high heeled boots do emphasize the legs or calf muscles making a womens legs look sexier. In some shoots they definately make the difference in a positive way for the photo shoot. It just seems to me that there is a bit more overuse of footwear in the examples I tried to make.

Actually I was going to present the idea that some women wearing shoes through a photo shoot might be equivelent to a guy wearing socks. As I'd think a general consensus of women think guys leaving thier socks on during sex is a negative turn off; so I feel similiar negativity to women with thier shoes on throughout a whole shoot. You know...you're taking all your clothes off and you leave your shoes on? Just seems peculiar to me, what are you worried your feet will get cold, LOL. I mean NOT ALL the time, I'm just saying footwear sure seems to be overused in adult photo shoots. It is of course dependant on the theme or content of the phot shoot or even video shoot.

I'm asking a question and other peoples opinions am I offending you by that? If you think I'm giving my opinion then I've made the mistake of not articulating properly my inquisitiveness in my question in the first place.

Well I guess they make them because someone likes them. I agree there's overuse of it, there is fetish are fetish videos that highlight it specifically but most hardcore movies is dedicated to the money shot right in the face. I like seeing it, I'm not going to lie and say I don't but it doesn't have to bein the face EVERYTIME.

Really though, I asked this question about women and shoes because to me it seems like a very curious thing. I've asked on a few other adult forums in the past and have never had any decent responses. As there is actual OCSM here I really think I could get some insites into the porn industry in regards to this. For example in one situation a girl doing a shoot on a bed might want to highlight her red heels and red stockings as she just bought these mutherfucking shoes for $300 and sure as fuck she's not going to throw them onto the floor of this dirty studio. Plus she looks hot so....I get that. Next example some girl is doing a photo shoot on the beach, in the sand, in high heels and a bathing suit. A couple of shots look like she can hardly stand properly for the shoot ---in the heels---in the sand. However someone is telling her not to take them off or she doesn't want to take them off. I see that in alot of shoots on multiple websites this is wear my curiousity is not in why in general shoes are used. I get they are sexy and make women look good. They do turn me on, sure. It just seems that maybe some directors or photographers or even models feel they have to be used ALL the time.

There's a couple of examples I know there not the best but I'm trying to get the point across in my question.

Another example is this hardcore website that specializes in 18 girls or whatever, forget the name. Almost every hardcore encounter is with a girl wearing tennis shoes and socks, al the clothes come off but the shoes and socks stay on. I know that's more specific, it's one of many sites I see or go to; I'm just saying it seems to be pretty frequent.

Pretty much. For most shoots, the director decides what happens. I don't do actual porn (just adult modeling, no videos, no b/g or g/g [yet!]), so it's a tad different for me. Most of the time, I get to choose what I want to wear. If I had some guy dictating me the whole time, it wouldn't be my choice, it'd be what he thinks is hot. That's what it was like when I did do porn, the director chose what I wore, for the most part, with just a little of my input.

Honestly Jane I think no matter what you wear it wouldn't matter you'd always look hot. Looked at your website you look great in everything you do. In the photoshoot "pigtails" you wear shoes but you know what you look fucking great. I haven't seen the whole shoot but if you left the white heels on for the duration of the shoot then that's great you look really good in them. In the photoshoot "redtoy" I don't know if you're wearing heels (as the pics are all closeupsin the preview) but if you are or were then my question would definately be why? That shoot is a good example of many shoots where the women would wear heels the whole shoot. I see this in so many porn shoots hardcore or solo. I t doesn't detract my attention, turn me off or the opposite it doesn't turn me on either. I just continually ask myself when I see a photoshoot like this "why doesn't she take her shoes off, wouldn't she be more comfortable taking her shoes off?"

Hey Harley, OT question here but about what you said but been curious about this too. Do many or at least some prominant directors just do what they think is hot and not have a clue what the public in general would like most? Take for example what you said about facials. Is that just one or two directors saying this is what people want when really it's just what they think people want, or they want or don't give a shit either way?
