I think prostitution itself should be legalized. It would set parameters for working conditions that people (not just women) who do it for a living would operate under, including free will to participate, drug and disease testing, etc. What SHOULD be illegal, and would be much easier to control after legalization, is pimping. That's human trafficking, plain and simple.
