windows media player problems with reality kings...need help

My Windows Media Player has been giving me problems lately ever since I started to dl reality king movies, It will play but the frame rate will be very slow, or it will take a ahwile to skip through a movie, or sometimes the audio will play while the screen freezes....is there anything I cann do to fix this???

Best thing in my view is to do what you should do to all the stuff that comes bundled with Windows (like IE) and ignore it. Download one of several freeware vewers and wonder why you ever bothered with WMP.
Suggested-VLC Player, SM Player, Media Classic,BS Player to name a few.I'm sure other people will recommend others.
VLC in particular gives control over speed and over image/sound synchronisation.

VLC Player is a good replacement. If you dont wanna do that then have you checked your internet connection? Are you streaming the movies or downloading the whole thing first and then watching it?
