Windows 10 is spying on almost everything you do

I have a spare PC with windows 7, so I decided to upgrade it to windows 10.
I downloaded a copy of Windows 10 with the Upgrade Tool from the Microsoft website, and burned the image to a DVD.
The upgrade went smoothly and windows 10 runs well, is faster, and more user friendly than windows 8.
I went to the Settings to have a look around and ended up spending about an hour disabling settings that would ******* my privacy.
Almost everything was enabled to share my info and activity.
One that concerned me was that my PC would be used as a server to upload Microsoft apps and whatnot to other people on the internet who were downloading them from Microsoft.
I checked the settings twice to make sure I didn't miss anything.
I also disabled the "Server" service, to disable all sharing.
