Will you watch the World Cup?

I know that Soccer isnt that popular here in the states. So my question is will you watch the World Cup? If so will you pay attention to only the US squad or will you watch a majority of the matches?

Actually I will only watch the US play in between playing video games. I can't sit and watch a whole soccer match. I get so bored. :dunno:

Don't worry. Most Likely, the US will go through groupe stage and will lose aganst germany ont 2nd round.

I'll watch the U.S. matches. I would have watched Ireland's possibly, if they hadn't been robbed of a birth. I'll probably watch the semi-finals and finals if they're on at convenient times.

Letting the sight drift as the players move about the pitch...compensate for wind...adjust for humidity...the ball striking the back of the net, distacting the crowd from the bloody explosion of a headshot!

I'll try to watch some, but as soon as someone acts like they're having a seizure because someone breathed on them, adios. And only if there is absolutely nothing else on. Though I do want to catch the opening ceremony, if there is such an animal. That should be interesting.

Can't wait for the endless calls to local sports talk radio about how boring it is and then have the conversation revert to the endless banter of whether or not the Pac Ten should absorb Texas and others to make a super conference.
