i was watching massive facials 4. and decided to check our kagney lynn karter's scene. shes not a favourite of mine but im trying to figure out why shes so popular. anyway, the scene starts out fine. shes talking, shes got a kinda cute personality i guess.. and then... i notice half of her fucking head is shaved and its got some weird design on it. like a boy at a talented barber's shop in the ghetto.

i couldnt find a cap to show but here a picture of her on a box cover. you can't see it really in its entirety, but its really awful.

i always wonder how it will look when they decide to grow it back, they will have this weird scruff part of hair at the side of their heads until it gets to a long length which could take some time! Its fine when its shaved but as soon as it gets just a little bit too long it will look odd, and then its time for the hair extensions until it all grows back!

It's not really new. Girls have been doing that since at least as far back as the 70's and 80's, when Punk and then New Wave music was popular.

Yeah, I think so. As a matter of fact, her hairstyle reminded me somewhat of the one Lois Ayers sported in the 80's. And Vanessa del Rio tried something similar for awhile too.

The only pic I could find of Lois with the shaved sides shows the top kind of unruly. But when she had a neater look on top, along with the shaved sides, I thought that was a really hot look on her. She was easily one of my faves back then.

it's just another thing going around like most other ridiculous hairstyles...every other girl you see will be rocking it for a while and a few will pull it off well while most will look like shit and then they'll find a different hairstyle to mimic each other with. that said it's not too bad i suppose, i've seen worse. i wouldn't kick a chick out of bed for having hair like that :dunno:
