I agree....without sounding presumptuous, Obama's oratory talent in admired by even his staunchest critics (some have even used it to criticize him) so he should be at his eloquent best tonight if (ahem!) he wins.
Given the current state of affairs, he has a truly unique opportunity to be one of the most outstanding statesmen and leaders this nation (or, the world for that matter) has ever known. He also has the same opportunity to be as much (or, God forbid, a bigger) failure than the current administration. It's just my hunch, but I don't think there will be any in-between....he's either destined for greatness or disaster. For the sake of my children and my grandchildren, I pray for the former.

Well even if Obama wins he has to dig the country out of the hell hole were currently in! so whatever Obama can do too change the doom and gloom that's covered the country like a thick fog..
Obama will not be a warmonger and cost the USA billions of dollars a week with a BOGUS war!!
Obama will NOT ignore victims of a catastrophic disaster like BUSH AND HIS ADMINISTRATION did too all the poor folks who became victims of KATRINA in Louisiana and the immediate surrounding area's???
WHY?? because their was an evident lack of importance to the victims and the people in need (mostly poor and black)!! admit it they were IGNORED!! no excuses, no rescues or no red cross for how many days after the storm while people who could have been saved were dying?? NOT gonna happen under Obama's watch!!
Obama's economy plan is at least giving the country a new direction, a and some new hope, it might work?? who knows, but atleast try something different for crying out loud!! it can't get much worse than what it is now!!
I am sure the all of Obama's advisers will guide him through any situations he maybe lack experience, Joe Biden for instance.. Obama will have the Clintons # on speed dial when necessary, along with many wise people who guide the president in the correct direction needed when it comes to giving sound logical advice on or in critical instance's or issues..
Obama will atleast think about the middle class too poor people who have been ignored by the ELEPHANTS @ every opportunity!
I am talking about jobs, economy, health care, and taxing big corporations the hardest instead of the other 95% of the American population!
You are correct I don't know when and if McCain might die or have a stroke??? but we are in big fuckin trouble if palin the religious impaler will step in as the new RELIGIOUS DICTATOR in McCain's absence!!
Sure Obama will be under the microscope, and hopefully he does carry through with allot of campaign plans and make it a better US of A!! but remember Bush and the elephants have fucked it up so bad that even if Obama wins, he still has allot and a long way too go before we reach the top of all the
