Why is it disturbing? Is it also disturbing to you that people drink alcohol? I think its disturbing that you find it disturbing and not hot if anything.

I don't know. I just find it disturbing. Maybe because I grew up thinking only dumb people (without any self esteem) smoke weed.

People responsibly drinking alcohol are not disturbing to me. Only when they drink in excess. Especially girls. I hate girls that are full from head to toe.

I also don't really like girls smoking cigarettes. I mean it's not that bad. I don't hate them or think they're bad people, but it's only very rarely hot! I find it hotter if a girl does not smoke.

My guess is most of the ones who smoke weed probably smoked weed before they got into porn. But like Jane Burgess said, I doubt there are any (reliable) stats on this topic. I doubt there are any firm numbers on weed or any other drugs that are prevalent in porn.

Actually - we loose more time on set to tobacco smokers than any other drug - bar none!

In my experience, some girls like a shot, some like a toke, but most work stone cold sober.

Seriously, if you'd rather have a Prozac prescription than smoke a bowl (like my sister), knock yourself out. But don't tell me that its "better". It's worse by several orders of magnitude.

There are better things for pain that can be taken so that sure beats the hell out of taking pot for it. (It's probably cheaper also.)

As far as things like depression pot doesn't make anybody better at all. It just alters a state of mind to make a situation that doesn't exist seem so. That doesn't seem like it's better than anything, whether is works similar to it or not. At best it just tricks your mind into thinking things are good when reality is different. It's probably even worse because somebody with that type of problem is only going to get dependent on it, like that happens with all drugs that are used to cope with life. I have a feeling even if it was an option for them there would be very few psychiatrist that would prescribe pot for anything instead of something else. (This doesn't even take into account the damage done to ones body from doing something stupid like actually inhaling smoke into one's lungs.)

Lets get real here, people like pot because it gets them high, plain and simple. Now as far as I'm concerned for a drug as mild as it I don't care that much about what others do with it as long as they don't effect others, but pretty much any other reason that almost anybody comes up with to smoke it is just a rationalization to excuse the fact they like to get high off of it.

OK - which strain works on you?



I know a few that appear to enhance sex and a few that you should 100% avoid. My ex loved mixing two local strains that she called "happy weed" and one she called "horny weed" - nothing beats "happy horny weed" and a great fuck!




Also - most models I know don't use any drugs on set - including alcohol. Weed's biggest drawback on set is cotton-mouth - nothing like a dry blowjob!

I also use to have my happy horny weed a mix of two local strains. Don't really smoke at all anymore. Maybe for a special occation but thats about it.

Cotton-mouth is horrible. I was always sober for a shoot. Nnever liked that I'm stoned look in a set. Kills all the sexyness I think.

I wasn't talking about pain relief. It's more about hypertension and anxiety, two conditions which will only get worse in this modern world of ours.

Dependancy is really not a problem with marijuana. It's very, very low on the addiction scale. And c'mon, I know you are familiar with the term "Addicted to prescription medication."

Your third paragraph is right and wrong at the same time. Of course people smoke pot to get high. But it is not plain and simple. We don't know the full range of medical benefits because our government and the pharmaceutical industry that bankrolls it doesn't want an easy fix to your problems. Just like industrial hemp being demonized because Dow Chemical wanted to sell their wood pulp process, marijuana is demonized because it would slam-dunk the REAL drug pushers in our society.
