You are talking about saline implant not silicone. The Silcone Implant Health Committee, apparently had cold feet two months ago and withdrew the endorsement of re-introduction of silicone implant.

Currently, no plastic surgeon in United States will do silicone implant except on cancer patient.

Just goes to show how some Americans still think that they are the only country in the world - it is obvious from several of the thread titles here that there is a British contingent here (football threads), and it would surprise me not at all to find posters from many other countries around the world.
