I understand the social connotations of the term MILF, but technically there is no way of denying a 19 year old mother, who is a porn star, is a MILF.

I'm under the impression that a MILF is someone 30 to 40 years old and a cougar is a woman who is 40+.

Ha! It cracks me up, this idea of classifying age ranges for MILFs and Cougars. I can imagine there being an industry standard certification one day. "Sorry Ma'am, but with today being your fortieth birthday, you are now officially a Cougar. We're going to need your MILF card and miniskirt back. But here is your Cougar ID, a shelf bra and slingbacks!" :D

Myself, I see MILFs as being hot chicks with kids and Cougars being hot chicks who are older than my current age. So really, it's kind of a perception thing, I guess.

Wow. I think people are missing what MILF stands for MOTHER I'd Like to Fuck. There is no age range for a MILF. The only requirement for a MILF is that she must have a child. I hooked up with a girl who was 23 and she had a child and she and her friends always referred to her as a MILF. Cougar is the term you use when referencing age, but even then a cougar is a woman actively seeking a younger man. A woman can be both, if she is a mother of children and is hot and is actually going out trying to hook up with a younger guy, she is then a MILF-Cougar, a breed not often seen in the wild but there are plenty in midwestern bars and strip clubs.
