My first recollection as a young person was with Kate Jackson as Daphne on Dark Shadows with Jonathan Frid as Barnarbas Collins.

But what really got me was Farrah Fawcett. Now someone here must remember this Event. I call it an event because this poster debuted about two months before the show's premiere:



Ideally it made Farrah an overnight sensation. All across America (maybe the World) she was recognized. Now I had this poster in my room. :rubbel: Anybody here who didn't?

And it worked out well for the Majors family. As Lee was doing The Six Million Dollar Man, and Farrah had this co-starring role on Charlie's Angels.

Though I liked Jaclyn Smith more and more as the show went on. She was a good actress. and she was a really sensual lady. No spoilers, but I'm hoping they never did reveal Charlie in any of the episodes.

a few years ago, Universal HD channel was showing the original Charlie's Angels series. They did a great job of remastering or whatever they did, but it looked great in HD.

I'm going to order the series on blu-ray if available. Gotta love that 70s / 80s cheese with beautiful women.

Last I saw, Jan was still alive, but has aged very badly, unfortunately! I think she was in an auto accident, but survived it. I'm aware that Marcia and of course Farrah are both passed!
